There's nothing funny about this new ad called "Gathering Storm," in which actors from all walks of life pretend to be people from all walks of life who claim their lives are affected by gay marriage and call for a "rainbow coalition" (oh no you DID NOT) against it. Oh, except that it's stupid, and the organization behind it is called "NOM: National Organization for Marriage." And also someone should set this ad to "It's Raining Men."Ask and ye shall receive:

I took the liberty of making minor changes to the ad's transcript so that it reads more like it would've in the 1860s:
“There’s a storm gathering. The clouds are dark and the winds are strong and I am afraid. Some who advocate for anti-slavery have taken the issue far beyond African couples. They want to bring the issue into my life. My freedom will be taken away. I’m a California doctor who must choose between my faith and my job. I’m part of a New Jersey church group punished by the government because we can’t support anti-slavery. I’m a Massachusetts parent helplessly watching public schools teach my son that slaves have rights too. But some who advocate anti-slavery have not been content with freed slaves living as they wish. Those advocates want to change the way I live. I will have no choice. The storm is coming. But we have hope, a rainbow coalition of people of every creed and color are coming together in love to protect slavery.”

Parody is a permissible use for copyrighted material. The NOM claim of copyright "violation" is phony. Just insert a disclaimer stating that the content is parody covered by fair use and repost it.

Did you really not understand that the Gathering Storm video is a complete joke. There's like 10 gay actors and other, supportive straight actors satirizing the right wing's attempt of hyping up fear of gay marriage. Not in a snotty way, but is your opposition to the video a joke? Like, am I missing something?
