So I was on the CBS website perusing the new batch of contestants on the upcoming Survivor 18 or maybe 19 which premieres in a couple of weeks (cause that's how I roll) and OH SHIT! YOU ARE FUCKING KIDDING ME.
Yes, that is Tamara "Taj" Johnson-George, one-third of my very favorite early 90s R+B sister act: SWV. Fuck yes. She is going to be on Survivor. Sure, I would have preferred Coko, but still! As close friends of BMAD know, I am obsessed enough as it is with Survivor, but shit, these people know how to make me tune in anyway. I am already so weak in the knees i can hardly speak! This is going to be even better than the time that Toni Braxton's sister was on Starting Over.
Now if only they would do a whole Survivor season with a cast comprising a bunch of sorta-was MTV mainstays from the early 90s. What I would not fucking pay to see the Deal twins at Tribal Council with those little torches and everything. Or how about ONYX? Dave Pirner? Lisa Loeb? My heart is beating triple-time!

I'm so fey for survivor, but can't say I've been super loyal. Are you guys going to recap it? That would make the season even better.
