I agree with Cousin Geri. These babies don't actually look that Downi! They just look extra creepy and actually a lot like "Shitface", the Seed of Chucky.
Of course this might have something to do with the fact that the woman in whose ear God whispered "make a doll with Down Syndrome" is legally blind.
