I'm so glad ms. Johansen tries to instill a sense of acceptance of our (in this case, a female's) bodies. Too often we are afraid or embarrassed by our natural whatevers while it's totally unnecessary and unhealthy. I love how she's turning that around on her program. A cookie for ms. Johansen stat! :D
